SPIRIT DUSTERS - POSITIONS Open
We are currently looking for the following spirited people to help us run Spirits2Shine. Below are the openings we have at the present, the job description and a signup form. If you think you meet the minimum qualifications and think you would like to join the staff, please fill in the signup form with your qualifications and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please read the Rules and Guidelines before you signup for S2S.
Head Staff positions do require that you have been an active S2S member for a minimum of Two full weeks. This does NOT include Dusters, Welcomers or Recruiter.

S2S is in need of your help!! We are quite shourt handed right now.
If you are even thinking about being a TL PLEASE do give it a try. If not we
really use your help as Duster or Welcomer!!
Team Leaders are responsible for welcoming new fighters to their team, sending the approved S2S graphic and information to the new team member. You will need to be comfortable getting around S2S, tabulating spirit points made each week by the team, updating scoreboard in a timely manner, as well as keep up communication with team and promote team spirit, send weekly summary of your team's activity to staff. Providing fun activities for your team to build spirit points and get to know any one is a plus Must know FTP, HTML, know how to make graphics for team awards, etc. Having expeirience as TL is great.... please note in the form below! But expeirience is not required and we can trian. The position does take a little devotion on your part on a daily basis. I would say a maximum of 30-60 minutes per day and 2-4 hours on the weekend making award, rosters, prepairing for next week. Many teams will not require quite this much time. But the time you put in the more rewarding it will be! :o)

Assistant Team Leaders must know all of the above and be available to help out
with whatever the Team Leader needs and be able to take over the team if
needed. This position is certainly not as time consuming as a TL but can
be very helpful for a TL even if you can spare a couple hours thru the week.
Training is possible if need be.

HEAD WELCOMER - POSITION Open
Head Welcomer will be responsible for handing out assignments to the Welcomers as new sites join and making sure the new site gets the proper welcome into the S2S family. Must know some HTML, FTP and know how to make graphics.
WELCOMERS - POSITIONS Open
Will welcome new members to the S2S family. We want to make our new fighters feel at home. Welcomers will be responsible for signing new members guestbooks (when available), sending cards, gifts, or mail to welcome new fighters to S2S, along with helping our new fighters find their way around. Reports to Head Welcomer. For Joining you get 100 spirit points after completing the first week then be given a minimum 50 points each week after that when duties are completed. No HTML knowledge is needed. We provide you with everything you will need.
HEAD SPIRIT DUSTER - POSITIONS Open
Head Spirit Duster is responsible for getting information regarding that weeks fighters
to Spirit Dusters every Weekend so that they can go out and dust
guestbooks with wishes of Good Luck during the week. Must know HTML, FTP and
know how to make the needed graphics. We have two head dusters positions
one for East/West Teams one for North and South.
SPIRIT DUSTERS - POSITIONS Open
Spirit Dusters are assigned to no specific team but work on an "as needed" basis. Each Weekend they
will get their assignments from the Head Spirit Duster and dust the guestbooks of the fighters they
are assigned to that week with spirit graphics. We want our fighters to feel the S2S spirit.
Reports to Head Spirit Duster. For Joining you get 100 spirit points after

Graphic Spirits - Shoppe Helper - POSITIONS Open
Help make graphics for S2S members who want to spend spirit points or for S2S staff and much more. The grphics shoppe is a growing area at S2S and we can use your help! You must be able to make graphics unassisted, preferably with PSP, but other graphic program users are welcome as well. Minimal HTML and FTP may be needed.
Head Recruiter - POSITION Open
Head Recruiter is responsible for getting information regarding sites invited into S2S
to staff and organizing other recruiters as needed throughout the week so that they can go out and invite
websites. Must know HTML, FTP and know how to make the needed graphics and ivite websites.
VE QUILT - POSITION Open
Recieve email for of new signups for the VE quilt and
update the page to include the new member.
You will also need to inform the TL of this fighter that
they have joined and remove fighters once they are no
longer members of S2S. This position is an "as needed" type of position.
New signups should be posted within 24-48 hours but the
signups are not constant and will only require a small
amount of your time on the whole. Must know HTML, FTP.
PETS CORNER - POSITION FILLED
Recieve email for of new signups for the Pets corner and
update the page to include the pets picture and other info about pet and owner.
You will also need to inform the TL of this fighter that
they have joined and remove fighters once they are no
longer members of S2S. This position is an "as needed" type of position.
New signups should be posted within 24-48 hours but the
signups are not constant and will only require a small
amount of your time on the whole. Must know HTML, FTP.

Spirit Leaders POSITIONS open
Help keep up team spirit with gifts and emails ect. Always friendly, supportive, helpfull
to any team member. It's important to lead by example so shouting and voting daily is a must!
ShoutBook Manager Open
ShoutBook Manager will need to poston the shout score board who shouted daily.
I do request that this be done between 9pm-10:30pm (MST) so Team leaders
have this information for doing their updates at 10:00pm(MST). ShoutBook Manager will also
clear the shout book at 10:30pm(MST)for the next day. In addition will be in
care of the shoutbook scores page and clearing it for the next week and adding
new memebers as need be. I prefer that this be done by a current
staff member (Ex Team Leader) or a member who has been with Spirits2Shine a
while in good standing(votes/shouts daily).
TEAM LEADER UPPER LEVELS POSITION FILLED
Team Leader of the Upper Levels is responsible for updating one or more Bronze, Silver and Gold High Levels
The scoreboard will need to be updated every day as close to the votebooth closing for the day as possible(10 pm MST). Every Friday you will receive a list of who is moving to the
Bronze level and you will add these sites, along with other sites moving up another level or going
back to their team levels. At the end of each voting week, you will email the staff with who is
moving up and who is returning to their team levels.
Must know HTML, FTP and be very responsible & dependible.
This is a very important position please only the serious need apply!
Please note: You will no longer be able to compete at S2S as this is the upper
levels and would not be fair. This position may be good for
Gold 3 X Champs awaiting the November Championship.
